Mr. Chang is experienced in International Business Development. He worked with many large international companies and was involved in the establishment of Jiuh Yun Engineering Group. There he held the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer from 1980 through the 1990s. Mr. Chang was responsible for the development of "The Great Taipei New Town" Taipei, Taiwan. This project is one of the largest residential community developments in South East Asia. The total development cost was several billion US dollars. Mr. Chang's responsibilities include acquisitions, business development, budgeting, planning, scheduling, disbursing funds and contract negotiating.
Mr. Chang received his Master of Science degree from UCLA, and is fluent in both English and Chinese. |
