Will specializes in civil litigation, emphasizing railroad and trucking litigation, products liability, insurance coverage questions, and catastrophic personal injuries. He also addresses professional malpractice claims involving realtors, insurance agents, chiropractors, and attorneys. His clients include both insured and self-insured corporations. In addition to litigating, Will frequently lectures on representation of railroads, litigation, trucking, and trial procedure. He was admitted to practice in Colorado in 1968 and Wyoming in 1992.
