Mr. Seebert is currently Director of Environmental Health and Safety for the corporation. Willie joined NTS in 1996 as an explosives engineer at our Camden Arkansas facility. He has worn several hats during his stay with NTS including Program Manager Facility Safety Officer Quality Manager and Director of EH&S. His current duties include oversight of EH&S policy and procedures. Mr. Seebert is a 1977 graduate of the United States Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal School. Following his honorable discharge from the Army Willie worked in ammunition and explosive testing. He later headed the ordnance safety division of the fire brigade at the largest ammunition production facility on the West coast. Following the Gulf War Willie spent two years in Kuwait conducting ordnance and land mine disposal operations. He worked as a team leader and mine field training officer. Since his return to the United States Willie has maintained an active hand in the ordnance disposal field by training local and State law enforcement personnel in explosive safety as well as acting as a consultant with the military and several NGO's for mine field clearance operations.
