Bill is a Member in the St. Charles office of Brown Smith Wallace. He joined the firm through the merger of his previous firm, Megargel Willbrand & Co., in September of 2002. For nearly 25 years, Bill has served the St. Charles and St. Louis business communities, providing innovative strategies to help companies and individuals achieve their business and financial goals. Overall, Bill concentrates his practice on serving clients in the construction, manufacturing, and distribution industries. His service expertise includes: Accounting and auditing assistance Merger & acquisition consulting Technology advising Performance measurement systems consulting Bill is a graduate of Southwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
