Mr. William "Bill" Whitlow serves as the President of L-3 Aviation & Maritime Services. This business, comprised of over 1,500 employees, provides systems engineering, acquisition and management support as well as training to the maritime community (Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard) in all aspects of their mission: Sea, Air and Ground. Mr. Whitlow joined L-3 in 2000 after 30 years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps, including positions as the Director of the Expeditionary Warfare Division at the Pentagon; Director Public Affairs, USMC; Commanding Officer of the Joint Task Force Kenya and Commanding Officer of the 15th Marine Expeditionary Special Operations Unit at Camp Pendleton. Prior to his appointment as the President of Aviation & Maritime Services, Mr. Whitlow served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Expeditionary Operations Business Unit and Vice President of the Tactical Services Division. Mr. Whitlow is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, where he earned a B.S. in Education. He has continued his education earning three masters degrees: M.A. Acquisition Manager, M.A. International Affairs and M.A. Strategic Studies. |
