Mr. Wagner served as VP Controller for CTN Media Group, Inc., a public company traded under the symbol UCTN, from October 1997 until Viacom/MTV acquired the assets in October 2002. Prior to joining CTN, he spent five years in public accounting, three years with Habif, Arrogeti, and Wynn and two years with Reznick,
Fedder and Silverman. Both firms specialized in the media and real estate industries. Mr. Wagner is a CPA and has a BA from Michigan State University. |
