With nearly 20 years of experience, Bill brings a consistent record as an innovative customer service, sales support and field operations executive in the telecom industry to TMNG. His experience includes the development and implementation of Customer Relationship Management strategies and sales support to address customer retention and improved installation results. Prior to joining TMNG, Bill served as the Vice President of Customer Operations for Teligent Communications where he created and maintained primary responsibility for a full-service Customer Service organization performing all customer facing support functions including; online sales, order entry and provisioning for new services, trouble reporting/resolution, billing, collections, and MAC requests. Previously Bill has held Customer Service/Technical Support Management positions with MCI-Worldcom and MFS Communications. |
