Bill Tsai has over seven years experience in the retained executive search business. In conjunction with his partnership at Blackshaw, Olmstead, Lynch & Koenig, he also represents Leadership Capital Partners (LCP) where he manages leadership development activities. Previously, Mr. Tsai was Managing Director of BankBoston where he ran the West Coast structured finance and asset-based finance operation in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Bill established a team of professionals who marketed the bank's debt capital market products to the private equity and investment banking community and large corporations. Bill also managed many of the bank's limited partnership relationships with West Coast Private Equity Sponsors. Prior to BankBoston, Mr. Tsai was Senior Vice President of Heller Financial, Senior Manager for Deloitte & Touche and Marketing Representative for IBM.

Mr. Tsai was a Principal at Korn Ferry International where he served the executive talent acquisition needs of private equity firms and for their portfolio companies. Mr. Tsai completed numerous senior level searches for companies encompassing a broad spectrum of industries ranging from venture-backed start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

He is a frequent speaker and held officer positions in organizations such as the Association for Corporate Growth, Los Angeles Venture Association, Turnaround Management Association, and the USC Marshall School of Business Alumni Association.

Mr. Tsai received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
