Mr. Thomson is Chairman of Thomson Associates, of Toronto Ontario and London England. Thomson Associates is a merchant banking company providing corporate finance expertise and management leadership to businesses. Founded in 1978, Thomson Associates has developed a legacy of achievement in obtaining Private Equity and Equity related capital for emerging growth companies. Mr. Thomson, aged 64, has assumed the position of Chairman of the Board of the Company.
