William Swain has served as our Chief Financial Officer and Secretary since March 2000. Mr. Swain was a consultant from 1998 until February 2000 working with entrepreneurs in technology in connection with the start-up and financing of new business opportunities. Mr. Swain was CFO and Secretary of Metricom Inc. from January 1988 until June 1997 during which time he was instrumental in both private financings as well as Metricom's initial public offering and subsequent public financing activities. He continued as Senior Vice President of Administration with Metricom until July 1998. Prior to joining Metricom Mr. Swain held top financial positions with leading companies in the computer industry including Morrow Designs Varian Associates and Univac. Mr. Swain holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from California State University of Los Angeles and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
