Mr. Suffich founded On Line Alternatives in 1976, providing billing, collections, management and transcription services for hospital- and office- based physician clients in the Mobile, Ala. area and throughout the Southeast. In 1997, he launched On Line Payroll Services, providing payroll services to physician practices and other enterprises. On Line Alternatives and On Line Payroll Services are subsidiaries of Orion HealthCorp, Inc. Previously, Mr. Suffich was president of Suffich & Associates, Inc., a medical management consulting firm. He has also served as division manager with Scott Paper Company. A graduate of Auburn University, Ensign Suffich served for five years in the U.S. Navy, including two tours in Vietnam, as a naval aviator carrier pilot. Mr. Suffich has been a Certified Healthcare Business Consultant since 1980, was a trustee with the Institute of Certified Professional Business Consultants from 1984 through 1987, has been a member of the Professional Business Consultants since 1977 (president 1988 through 1989) and is a charter member of the National Association of Healthcare Consultants |
