Bill's practice includes the representation of lenders and borrowers in corporate acquisition financings and real estate conduit loan financings. Bill has represented lenders and borrowers in complex commercial real estate financings, including the financing of trophy properties in Manhattan and throughout the United States. He also has experience in the preparation of offering memoranda and governing documents for private equity funds, venture capital funds and hedge funds, as well as the negotiation and documentation of venture capital fund investments and private equity fund investments in portfolio companies.
