Mr. Skolout has over 20 years experience in finance and administration for technology-based companies, most recently as a partner at Tatum Partners, the largest and fastest-growing executive services and consulting firm in the US. He has held the Chief Financial Officer title at various firms for 18 years, including Unity Semiconductor, Taeus International, Cova Technologies, Heska Corporation, Cray Computer and Simtek Corporation. In addition to his extensive operational, accounting and corporate finance experience across a number of different industries, he has a record of raising funds through private equity placements, public equity through multiple IPOs, and asset based financing, as well as extensive financial planning and reporting experience to management, Boards of Directors, research analysts and the SEC. He also has audit management experience with Big 4 accounting firms and various government contact audit agencies. Mr. Skolout received a BS in Business finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and has an MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. |
