Mr. Shoulders has over 17 years experience in the environmental services industry and emergency response. Prior to becoming Vice President Operations-Environmental at Summit Contracting, Mr. Shoulders developed an emergency response program that was capable of responding to major incidents that ranged from sulfuric acid tanker rollovers to train derailments involving product transfers and flaring. As an incident commander, Mr. Shoulders has been involved with Level A entries, river response and deployment of over 2,000 feet of boom, tire fires, crude oil spills, industrial waste landfill fires, and industrial accidents. In all, Mr. Shoulders has responded to over 800 incidents and coordinated efforts with the State and Federal agencies including the various EPA Regions and United States Coast Guard.
