Dr. William Shaw and Dr. Pransky will join Janet Savage, a partner with Davis, Graham & Stubbs, LLP, in a panel to discuss some of the legal aspects of the aging workforce and return to-work issues. Savage is an expert in employment and labor law. She will discuss legal issues pertaining to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and job discrimination against the older worker. Dr. Pransky has served as an advisor to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) of the U.S. Department of Labor, and Dr. Shaw helped develop guidelines for the American College of external providers. |
