Will Rudat re-joined American Capital’s Operations Team in July 2006 and was promoted to Vice President in January 2007. As a member of the Operations Team, Mr. Rudat’s responsibilities include financial and operational analysis in support of the restructuring, growth, and exit strategies of various portfolio companies. Mr. Rudat first joined the Company in February 2002 as an Analyst in the portfolio management group, performing and managing due diligence, quarterly valuations, and portfolio monitoring. He was promoted to Associate, Operations Team, in February 2003 and left the Company in 2004 to pursue his MBA. Prior to American Capital, Mr. Rudat held corporate development and strategy positions with multiple startup telecommunications companies. Mr. Rudat began his career at Ernst & Young LLP in their Assurance and Advisory Business Services practice.
Will holds an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a BBA in Accounting and International Business from the University of Wisconsin. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. |
