William Ruby has over 20 years of experience in the EDA and semiconductor industry and a broad expertise in low power design. He has served in senior engineering and product marketing positions at Cadence, Synopsys, Intel, and Siemens. At Cadence and Synopsys, Mr. Ruby has defined and launched innovative EDA products for low-power and mixed-signal design. At Siemens, he was responsible for ultra-low power digital and analog IC design for medical applications. As a key member of the first Pentium microprocessor team at Intel, Mr. Ruby was awarded a patent in memory design. He holds a B.A. in Physics from the University of California at Berkeley, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, and an M.B.A from the San Jose State University. |
