Bill is a principal and consulting actuary in the New York office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 2002.
Experience
Bill has over 23 years of pension and employee benefits consulting experience. Prior to joining Milliman, he was the retirement practice leader for the New York office of USI Consulting Group.
Bill's areas of expertise include defined benefit plan funding issues, FAS 87 expense requirements, plan redesign, and non-discrimination testing. He also has experience with FAS 106 valuations, defined contribution plans, nonqualified plans, and defined benefit plan outsourcing. Bill's clients have included not-for-profit organizations, law firms, and corporations.

Bill is a member of the planning committee for the Enrolled Actuaries meeting that is sponsored by the American Academy of Actuaries and the Conference of Consulting Actuaries.
