William C. Keiper age 56 has served as a director of the Company since November 2003. Mr. Keiper is currently the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Hypercom Corporation. Mr. Keiper also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Radyne Corporation and Smith Micro Software Inc. From 2002 to 2005 Mr. Keiper served as Chief Executive Officer of Arrange Technology LLC a software development services company. Mr. Keiper received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business (finance major) from Eastern Illinois University a Juris Doctorate degree from Arizona State University and a Masters in International Management from the Thunderbird American Graduate School of International Management. |
