Bill was a partner in Stockton, Lueedemann, French/Jackson & West ("SLF/J&W") which was founded in 1995 and acquired by NorthMarq in 1998. Before partnering with SLF/J&W Bill was co-founder and co-owner of Enterprise Realty Capital which merged and became SLF/J&W in the mid-1990's. Bill has been a commercial mortgage banker in Dallas-Fort Worth for over 30 years and has been responsible for the orgination of several billion of dollars of mortgage and equity production through his career with SLF/J&W, Enterprise Realty Capital, Joynter Mortgage Company and Ryan Mortgage Company. Bill along with Phillip Askew and Ron Reese oversees the NorthMarq operation in Dallas-Fort Worth area. Bill is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. |
