William Henry has extensive domestic and international experience in project management, operations and strategic planning in energy-related industries. Mr. Henry has over 30 years of experience in the natural gas industry including four years in LNG project management. He has experience as both a marketer of natural gas, pipeline construction, pipeline operations and permitting for projects at both the federal and state level. Mr. Henry was president of Northern Border Pipeline which was responsible for building and operation of an 822-mile 42-inch pipeline with a cost of $1.5 billion. Mr. Henry administered marketing and construction contracts for the 220-mile 36-inch Destin Pipeline, developed and marketed over 10 Bcf of natural gas salt storage capacity, and transformed NorAm pipeline system from a sales pipeline of 400 Bcf/yr to a transportation pipeline with over 800 Bcf/yr of throughput. Mr. Henry was a key member of the negotiating team that acquired over $2 billion of assets for NorAm. |
