William Harral III has been a director of C&D since July 1996 and served as Chairman of the Board from April 1999 to June 2008. Mr. Harral has been President of the Barra Foundation a private foundation located in Wyndmoor Pennsylvania since June 2001. He was formerly acting Dean of LeBow College of Business Drexel University in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. From June 1997 to December 1999 Mr. Harral served as Senior Counselor for The Tierney Group a strategic communications company. From 1994 to March 1997 he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Bell Atlantic - Pennsylvania Inc. (formerly Bell of Pennsylvania). Mr. Harral is also a director of Salix Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Bryn Mawr Hospital and Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic. |
