Dr. Hall joined ERS Group as a Research Economist in the Washington, D.C. office in January of 2007. Prior to joining ERS Group, he was an economist for the International Investment Division of the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA). At the BEA he was responsible for planning and conducting research on foreign direct investment. Prior to working at the BEA Dr. Hall was a visiting professor at Hollins University and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in St. Vincent and Malawi. Dr. Hall has published in the Journal of Technology Transfer. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Oregon, where he taught microeconomics and econometrics. |
