Bill Hall was named president and CEO of GMAC CF, a subsidiary of GMAC, in May 2006. He has spent his entire career in the leveraged finance arena, with experience in field examination, portfolio management, underwriting, syndication and origination. Bill co-founded the Structured Finance Division of GMAC CF (formerly known as GMAC Business Credit) in 1999. He served as its chief operating officer before being promoted to its president in October, 2001. In 2005, Bill was named president of GMAC CF’s European Operations. Prior to GMAC CF, Bill was at Heller Financial, where he served as a senior vice president responsible for a team of professionals engaged in originating and underwriting leveraged loans. He also spent fifteen years at National Westminster Bank where his last position was department head for Private Equity Origination. Bill has a B.S. in Accounting from Bucknell University. |
