Mr. Gerlach joined Wedge Partners in 2006. Mr. Gerlach is a well-known seasoned investment management executive within the industry, with more than 27 years of experience at some of the leading firms within the securities industry. Prior to joining Wedge Partners, Mr. Gerlach was Executive Director at Morgan Stanley's Los Angeles Private Wealth Management Group, where he worked with institutional clients, as well as managing money in the equity market for high net worth individuals. Before joining Morgan Stanley, he helped establish the Los Angeles Private Client Group office for Salomon Brothers. Earlier in his career he was a Vice President within the Portfolio Management Group of E.F. Hutton, where he along with approximately 20 other portfolio managers pioneered the effort on Wall Street of managing discretionary money for a wrap fee. Mr. Gerlach graduated with a degree in finance and business from Arizona State University. |
