Bill is the lead principal in our Austin, Texas office and is a licensed real estate broker in 16 states. Bill is an entrepreneur and business professional with eighteen years experience in starting and running small companies as well as leading large organizations. Bill has extensive background in the areas of information technology and software development. Prior to joining GCP, Bill served in various capacities in the real estate and financial services industries including founding and growing his own company, Advantage Properties. Over a 17-year period Bill grew this real estate brokerage and service firm to over $30 million in revenue and he had a total of 300 agents on staff. Bill has an MBA from Texas State University, and a BA in finance from The University of Texas. |
