William Foote is a vice president specializing in risk management consulting services. His experience spans more than 30 years, most recently as the Firm Director in Governance and Risk Oversight at Deloitte & Touche. There, he led the methodology and technology components of the enterprise risk management practice, which included capability analysis, risk assessment risk response design, and deployment. Prior to that, Dr. Foote was a finance director specializing in risk management policies and procedures at Plum Street Enterprises, Inc. and consulted for several Fortune 500 companies as well as public sector organizations. His academic experience includes a professorship at Le Moyne College, where he cofounded that institution's MBA program.
