Bill Fitton oversees all SEI financial activities including treasury functions, financial control, planning, reporting, and analysis. Mr. Fitton has more than 20 years of experience in corporate international finance, operations planning and analysis, forecasting and budgeting, and auditing. Mr. Fitton joined SEI in 2005, following a distinguished 27-year career at Motorola during which he provided financial leadership at the corporate level and within business units. As Director of Finance for the Corporate CIO Office, Mr. Fitton managed a global 27-member IT/Finance organization and a $900 million budget. He also oversaw the creation of a Sarbanes Oxley IT Team to drive policies, standards, and deficiency identification and remediation throughout the company. Mr. Fitton also served as Vice President with financial leadership in several multi-billion dollar Motorola business units. He consistently led these organizations in reducing costs and over performing on budgets through targeted process controls, financial analysis, and forecasting. He also led financial processes for a multi-national business unit and leveraged shared services to improve efficiencies. Mr. Fitton holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from St. Mary's University in Winona, MN and a Master in Business Administration in international finance from DePaul University in Chicago. |
