After receiving a BS degree in management from St. John’s University, Mr. Esposito embarked on a career in the securities’ industry. By 1973, he was a manager in the financial reporting division at Salomon Brothers. From there he advanced to the mortgage trading desk.After ten years at Salomon Brothers, Mr. Esposito assumed control of the mortgage contract trading desk at First Boston Corporation. In 1988, he moved to Greenwich Capital Markets where he helped to create and subsequently manage the mortgage capital markets department. After retiring from Greenwich Capital, Mr. Esposito founded Fairway Investors, a private venture firm. He became an active investor in Oil Purification Systems in 2003, assuming full management responsibility shortly thereafter. Mr. Esposito currently serves as Chairman of the Board of OPS. |
