William Dyer joined American Capital Strategies in 2002 as an Associate in the Philadelphia office, was promoted to Vice President in July 2004 and promoted to Principal in July 2006. Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Dyer worked at FOB, Inc., as a director of business development. Before FOB he worked at Bainbridge, Inc., a strategy consulting firm specializing in the medical industry. A co-founder and director of Bainbridge, Mr. Dyer directed research and due diligence for a number of transactions in the healthcare, pharmaceuticals and medical products industries. Mr. Dyer received a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University and an MBA in Finance with Honors from the University of Chicago.
