William Dries is senior vice president and chief financial officer of EnPro Industries. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities Dries was affiliated with Goodrich Corporation the former parent company of EnPro. From 1985 until 2001 Dries was employed by United Dominion Industries where he was senior vice president and chief financial officer. He joined United Dominion as manager of accounting and subsequently became senior vice president of finance and controller. A certified public accountant Dries was an audit principal for Ernst & Young in New York for 11 years before joining United Dominion.
Dries received his bachelor of science and master’s degree in business administration from Rutgers University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants both the North Carolina and New York Societies of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Executive International.
Dries is also a member of the Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI and the United Way Finance Committee. He and his wife Pat have four children. |
