Willie has broad experience in developing transactional software and web-based applications, with specific expertise in the in the insurance and pharmaceutical industries. Current development activities include a risk exchange/data management system for trading between insurers and reinsurers, and an extranet for workflow and project management.Most recently, he has completed software development projects for Inreon, a reinsurance trading exchange owned by Swiss Re, Munich Re and Accenture, and bibliographic management systems for subsidiaries of Johnson & Johnson.He was lead Systems Architect for the Vitamin Shoppe online store (www.vitaminshoppe.com) and the Rand McNally online store (www.randmcnallystore.com). He served as technical advisor for information architecture development to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Bank, for their inaugural website. For Fruit of the Loom, he led development of a pioneering network of B-to-B websites.Prior to his Internet work, Willie led development of a large body of database-oriented interactive multimedia kiosk and training projects for several pharmaceutical companies. |
