Bill joined The Brenner Group in 2007 in the Financial Advisory Services Group. Bill has more than twenty years experience providing financial, regulatory and operational consulting services to executive management and investors of technology companies. His emphasis has been in the area of valuation, fundamental economic analysis, due diligence, transaction support and corporate restructuring, with specific expertise in the telecommunications, Internet infrastructure and software industries. Clients have included venture capital investors, money center banks, local exchange carriers (ILECs and CLECs), long distance and international carriers, wireless carriers, and broadband and Internet service providers in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to the Brenner Group, Bill was a Managing Director in the telecommunications industry practice at FTI Consulting, Inc., a Director in the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and a Senior Manager in Management Consulting Services (MCS) at Price Waterhouse. Bill received his M.S. in Operations Research from Stanford University and his B.A. degree in Economics and English from the University of California at Berkeley. Bill is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of San Francisco. |
