Mr. William Decker became our Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman in October 2005. William Decker is a retired partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Prior to his retirement in July 2005, Mr. Decker was the Senior Partner in charge of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s Global Capital Markets Group. He led a team of more than 300 professionals in 25 countries which provide technical support to non-US companies on SEC regulations, US GAAP conversions and assistance with Sarbanes Oxley compliance. He was also one of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ lead authorities on Sarbanes Oxley regulations. Previously, Mr. Decker served as the lead SEC partner responsible for Coopers & Lybrand's domestic and foreign SEC practice.
Mr. Decker graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in 1968 from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. |
