Bill is the co-leader of the firm s Corporate Finance practice. He brings over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, including 15 years in financial restructuring. He specializes in advising companies and their stakeholders in managing the restructure of highly complex capital structures and has served in positions as Chief Restructuring Officer. Since joining XRoads Solutions Group in January 2001, Bill has represented a diverse set of constituents, including underperforming companies, senior lenders, bondholders and unsecured creditor committees. He has also worked extensively in industries including restaurants, healthcare, food, technology, manufacturing and services. Bill holds the CIRA certification and an MBA from The University of Michigan Graduate School of Business. |
