As the leader of the Building and Maintenance division at Allegis, Mr. Carnley has over 36 years of experience in construction and property maintenance. He holds a California General Contractors license, and his team of 6 associates is responsible for new construction, repairs and maintenance for more than 5,000 homes and condominiums currently under Allegis management. Mr. Carnley is a US Army veteran, having served with the 101st Airborne Division in Viet Nam. |
