William Cann recently joined the management team as Chief Financial Officer. He brings with him prior public company experience in that position. Most recently, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Envirosolutions, Inc., a non-hazardous solid waste disposal company based in Virginia. Before that, Mr. Cann served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cable Design Technologies, a global manufacturer of network and specialty cables (NYSE:CDT) that was acquired by Belden/CDT in July 2004. He also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Calgon Carbon Corporation, a global manufacturer of activated carbon and purification systems (NYSE: CCC). Mr. Cann holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Toledo. |
