William Campbell represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, including the origination, purchase, sale and securitization of commercial real estate loans, including senior and subordinate mortgage and mezzanine loans, constructions loans, syndicated loans and preferred equity investments.
Mr. Campbell has extensive experience in connection with the representation of lenders on co-lending and intercreditor relationships, including the creation, purchase and sale of so-called A/B note financings and senior and subordinate mezzanine financings. Mr. Campbell has also represented clients in connection with the financing of loan purchases and sales.
Mr. Campbell is experienced in the sale and purchase of performing and non-performing real estate loans and REO properties, and has extensive experience in loan workouts and restructurings.
Representative clients include national banks, investment banks, securitization lenders, pension funds and hedge funds.
