Bill has more than 25 years of financial experience. In his role as Director at BBK, his areas of expertise include corporate finance, due diligence and interim management. He serves a wide variety of businesses and possesses first-hand knowledge of the auto industry. Bill is currently involved in organizing and completing financial assessments for clients. He provides them with financial evaluations, collateral availability analyses, liquidation analyses, vendor plans and cash flows for entities in Chapter 11 and similar filings. Professional Experience As Operations Controller of Textron Automotive Interiors (formerly International Headliner, Inc. and Van Dresser Corporation), he directed all financial activities for a $65 Million facility. In this role, Bill was able to turn $2 million in losses to $5 million in profits. His responsibilities included establishing capital appropriation requirements, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, cost accounting, tax filings, accounts payable, payroll, month-end closings and daily manufacturing variance reporting. As Controller of International Headliner, Bill directed all financial reporting from month-end closings to payroll, tax filings, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prior to International Headliner, Bill spent six years with Van Dresser Corporation. He worked his way up from Plant Controller and Assistant Corporate Controller to become Corporate Treasurer. While serving as Assistant Corporate Controller in the late 80s, Bill directed consolidation of this $119 million Corporation.
