Mr. Corrigan has been in the insurance industry for more than 20 years and has a wealth of experience in financial/operations management, mergers & acquisitions and change management.
Before joining Kinloch, Mr. Corrigan was with Willis North America. At Willis, he served as Deputy COO and was involved in due diligence of potential acquisitions. In May 2006, he was brought in as Regional Financial Officer to facilitate a turnaround at the organization's Western Region and he played a key role in restructuring regional operations.
From 1998 to 2002, he was a Principal Consultant at PwC Consulting where he was part of the team responsible for the implementation of SAP at the
UK arm of a global insurer, and the design and implementation of an
e-Marketplace for the Aerospace industry.
He began his brokerage career with Willis Faber & Dumas Ltd. in London with a key role in overseas acquisitions and disposals and preparation of business case and investment proposals for Greenfield sites in Hungary, Russia, Venezuela, Czech Republic and Taiwan. Between 1994 and 1996 he was based in Singapore where he was Financial Controller for Willis' Asia Pacific region.
Mr. Corrigan holds a BA from Caledonian University in Glasgow and is a member of the Chartered Institute for Management Accountants in the UK. |
