Mr. William (Bill) Anderson is a principal in LECG's Seattle office with the electronic discovery practice. He specializes in information technology strategic planning, large systems design and integration, transaction processing, and operational risk management in the financial services industry. He has been a senior and executive manager with particular focus on banking information system, data management and communications technology systems, and management and risk mitigation (including information systems security, audit, regulatory compliance, continuity planning, operating systems, and information risk management) since 1968.
Prior to joining LECG, Mr. Anderson was most recently the first vice president for mainframe technology at Washington Mutual Bank. Additionally, he has worked for over 25 years at the most technical level as well as the highest executive level for Bank of America and its many acquisitions. He served as a board member for a startup internet bank and was the chief operating officer for legal bill analysis firm during the late 1990s.
Mr. Anderson graduated from the executive masters of business administration program (EMBA) at the University of Washington in 1986. He has subsequently lectured in the graduate school. He was appointed by the governor to serve on the Washington State Information Services Board and served for two years. |
