William W. Liebeck has served on our board of directors since September 2000. Mr. Liebeck was a partner of Thoma Cressey Equity Partners, Inc., a private equity investment firm, from June 1997 until march 2005. From June 1990 to July 1996, Mr. Liebeck was a partner at the private equity firm of Equivest Partners, Inc. Prior to that, he was a partner at Golder Thoma & Co., also a private equity firm. Mr. Liebeck currently serves as a director of several private companies. He has a BA in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. |
