Mr. Kregel's practice focuses on corporate finance, with an emphasis on general corporate and securities matters. Prior to joining Dykema, Mr. Kregel was a law clerk for the Honorable Robert Holmes Bell, Chief United States District Judge for the Western District of Michigan.
