Dr. Elder has been a director of the Company since 1989. Dr. Elder was the Chief Executive Officer of Genus Inc. (Genus) a semiconductor company from his founding of Genus in 1981 to September 1996 and has been serving in that same position again since April 1998. Dr. Elder has been a director of Genus since its inception. Dr. Elder holds a B.S.I.E. and an honorary Doctorate Degree from the University of Paisley in Scotland.
