William V. Grickis, Jr. joined Gerber Scientific, Inc. in October 2003 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. He was formerly Vice President and General Counsel of Agion Technologies, LLC, Wakefield, MA, a privately held biotech company. Before joining Agion, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Barnes Group, Inc., Bristol, CT, a leading manufacturer of complex metal components and precision springs for industrial, automotive, and aerospace markets and a major distributor of MRO products to industrial and transporation markets. Prior to his career at Barnes Group, he spent 16 years at Loctite Corporation serving as Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary.
Grickis holds a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law, Syracuse, NY and a bachelor’s degree from Brown University, Providence, RI.
