William V. Fogg is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department. Will’s practice focuses on corporate finance transactions, including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, as well as the representation of corporations in general corporate matters. A significant portion of his practice is devoted to representing investment banking firms.
Will was born in New York, New York. He joined Cravath in 1991 and became a partner in 1999.
