Mr. Westerfield retired as an audit partner of Price Waterhouse LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP), an accounting firm, in 1992, a firm he joined in 1956, becoming a partner in 1965. Mr. Westerfield has served as a director and member of the audit committee of West Marine, Inc., a boating supplies retailer, since 2000. He has also served as a director and chairman of the audit committee of Lifetime Brands, Inc., a designer, marketer and distributor of houseware products, since 2004. In addition, Mr. Westerfield serves as a consultant in auditing disputes. Mr. Westerfield served as a director of TL Administration Corporation (formerly known as Twinlab Corporation) from 1999 until August 2005 and as chairman of the audit committee of TL Administration Corporation from July 1999 until September 2003. |
