William T. Enos is a partner in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. He has had extensive experience in patent litigation in Federal District court, before the International Trade Commission, and has argued before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to advice concerning patent litigation, his practice includes advising clients regarding the licensing of intellectual property. His practice also includes advising clients with respect to FDA law as it applies to patent matters. He has litigated in the chemical, mechanical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and nuclear engineering arts.
Mr. Enos received his Law degree from the University of Illinois. He received a Master of Science degree from the University of Illinois where he authored two articles describing environmental effects on photosynthetic rate. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in biology from Christopher Newport University.
He is admitted to the Bars of Illinois and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. His association memberships include the American Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association. |
