William St. Lawrence is a Director in the Private Capital Group and advises and works with emerging and public companies in the media sector (ecommerce, internet, wireless, broadcast, cable and related technologies), the entrepreneurs and executives who build them and the financial intermediaries who finance them in connection with financings (equity/debt), mergers and acquisitions and other related strategic transactions. Mr. St. Lawrence joined Daniels & Associates in 2006. Prior to joining Daniels & Associates, Mr. St. Lawrence practiced law at the law firm of Heller Ehrman in the areas of securities, venture capital and mergers and acquisitions and regularly represented public and private companies, entrepreneurs, venture firms and investment banks in the media and technology sectors in connection with financings (venture and otherwise), initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. St. Lawrence received his bachelor's degree from Hobart College and his law degree from the University of Maine School of Law. |
