Labor and Employment
William S. Robbins, Jr. is engaged exclusively in the practice of commercial litigation, with an emphasis on labor relations and employment law. He has served as lead attorney in jury and bench trials in state and federal courts throughout the Midwest, on employment discrimination cases, wage and hour disputes, fringe benefit claims and class action employment related litigation. He has argued appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth and Eighth Circuits.
Mr. Robbins is also experienced in traditional labor law matters, having appeared before the National Labor Relations Board on matters relating to union certification and unfair labor practices. He has expertise in labor contract negotiations and in handling arbitrations that arise from contractual disputes.
